  • Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious files or malware
  • Attempt to overload or disrupt our servers
  • Use automated bots to abuse our service

4. File Processing

When you upload files to our service:

  • You confirm you have the right to process the files
  • Files are processed in memory and deleted immediately
  • Maximum file size is 250MB per file
  • Free users are limited to 5 conversions per hour

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership of files you upload and process. Clickeers.com retains ownership of all website content, design, and code. You may not copy or reproduce our website design or code without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use our tools at your own risk and always keep backups of important files.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clickeers.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data or files.

8. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage for all users, free users are limited to 5 file conversions per hour per IP address. This limit may change at any time.

Our free service is supported by advertising. By using our service, you agree to the display of advertisements on our website.
